The combination of the Focus ON/OFF training and the Focus Routine training; two training courses, one day!

In the morning, during the Focus ON/OFF training, you will discover how the brain processes distraction and learn techniques to optimize your focus.

After lunch, we take you through the natural flow of the brain and various themes that influence our work rhythm.

With templates and practical examples, you will create a focus plan and a new routine on the same day, which you can use immediately.

After completing this training:

Training Program

Morning: Focus ON/OFF In the morning program, we introduce the focus model. You learn how distraction works in the brain and get to know the four concentration leaks: Engagement, Energy, Internal stimuli, and External stimuli. We round off the morning with a first draft for your personal focus plan.

Afternoon: Focus Routine After lunch, we dive into the natural flow of the brain. We discuss the theme of behavioral change and the focus curve. Then, based on theory and practical examples, we design a personal hourly and daily routine.

Finally, we look at the next steps and round off with a joint reflection.

"The Focus ON/OFF and Focus Routine training gave me insight into my own behavior and thinking. By applying practical tips in my daily work, I experience more peace. Even after a workday. Great!"

“I found Focus Management an interesting and useful training. The trainers take you through how your brain works (I really heard a lot of new things) and explain this in clear language. My interest has really been piqued and I understand better why certain tips are given. I am also motivated to actually make adjustments to my daily work schedule and behavior.”
