Trainer, therapist and presenter in the field of psychology. She has a background in clinical psychology and health promotion & behavior change. From previous work experience in HR, Rosa-Lin has a good understanding of how people function under high work pressure and what their challenges are in terms of vitality. "When I came into contact with Focus Academy it perfectly matched my interests. I completely agree that maintaining focus is the biggest challenge of our time, since there are so many distractions these days.
