How we work
We have developed a learning path to manage your focus. We take participants from awareness to action and anchoring to teach positive behavior change. Here's what the learning path looks like:
Step 1. Inspirational sessions
The inspirational sessions are a fun and accessible way to introduce the importance of focus within the organization. The goal here is awareness. This practical session is usually offered organization-wide so that everyone speaks the same language about improving focus.
Step 2. Focus Management Training & Coaching
In this training course, you will discover how the brain deals with attention and concentration. The effect is that you structurally get more done and experience less stress. By helping participants after the training with the implementation, the long-term effect increases dramatically. We do this by coaching using the Tiny Habits method. This is one of the most reliable ways to create lasting behavior change.
Step 3. Follow-up training
These half-day training courses give you additional in-depth skills such as speed reading and working with an empty email inbox.
